Vamadevan Asokan was a member of the Indian Economic Service and retired as Adviser in the Planning Commission, Government of India. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, India. He is also a social activist holding responsible positions in social, educational, and charitable societies. His job responsibilities include directing and controlling the work and resources of the company and ensuring the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives. He is also responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board, to keep them aware of the developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations. He maintains an effective formal and informal relationship with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services. Praveen Asok :: Director -Sales
Praveen Asok directs the sales division of Budhaeximp & HR Pvt Ltd, coordinating international, regional, and local publicity campaigns and sales initiatives. He is responsible for recruiting and training the sales staff, allocating responsibilities to the sales team, developing sales strategies and setting sales targets, monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets, and compiling and analyzing sales figures. He also maintains direct relationships with some of the major customers, collecting customer feedback and doing market research. He was a key personnel in the development of the feedback mechanism which has been a major reason behind the operational success of the company.Prem Asok :: Director - Marketing
Prem Asok is in-charge of the company's marketing team, assisting with the planning and execution of all marketing programs including media relations and strategic development. After completing his engineering, he did Master's in Business Administration (e-commerce) from University of Luton, UK. He is responsible for practical application of marketing techniques and the management of the firm's marketing resources and activities. He is also responsible for influencing the level, timing, and composition of customer demand. His role in the company is to create an effective, cost-efficient marketing management strategy and to be in sync with the ever-changing market in which we operate.
Prashant Ashok :: Director - OperationsPrashant Ashok has been handling the operations in the company. Since the time he has joined our company, he has been imparting his vast knowledge attained during his tenure with various multinational companies. He is a Graduate in Humanities. His profile in the company is concerned with overseeing, designing, and redesigning business operations in the production of goods and/or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements. It is concerned with managing the process that converts inputs (in the forms of materials, labor, and energy) into outputs (in the form of goods and/or services).
Ashok Sengupta :: Manager (Implementation)
The implementation of various systems in the company would not have been possible without the able assistance of Mr Ashok Sengupta. He has been a tremendous force in streamlining the different processes that has helped the company to prosper. His job responsibilities involve evaluation and identification of potential areas of concern and business risk and suggest alternative solutions; ensuring that current processes used in the business are able to co-exist with the new idea in the intended environment. He is also responsible for disaster recovery, resilience, and backup.
Casmir-e-Chukwudinbu :: Manager (International Business Development)
Being in the arena of international trade, the company is obliged to the services of Mr Casmir-e-Chuckwudinbu. He, being a Nigerian by nationality, has single handedly secured our place as the leader in the Hair Extensions & Accessories segment in the African market. His responsibilities involve identifying potential clients and initiating the business and being involved in the entire Sales Life Cycle. He is also responsible for Leading and guiding the team that involves in Research, Prospecting and Qualifying target accounts and to generate new sales opportunities. He also manages the Business Development Campaigning through cold calling, e-mail campaigning, etc and by following up on all inbound enquiries (Web, Phone) in a timely manner. He also provides feedback to the corporate / designated supervisor on customer needs and competitive market intelligence.
Hari Bhanu Yadav :: Manager (Production)He started with the company as a supervisor overseeing the production in the Hair Extensions & Accessories department. He by his shear hard work has made it possible for the company to meet the growing demands of the international market. He is currently working as the production manager, leading a large team of efficient co-workers. He is also responsible for training newly-joined team members.
Gokul P Kannan :: Manager (Facilities)Gokul P Kannan is responsible for the interdisciplinary field of Facility Management, primarily devoted to the maintenance and care of the institutional building. His responsibilities encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, processes and technology and to integrate processes within the organisation to maintain and develop the agreed services which support and improve the effectiveness of our primary activities.
